We are attorneys, who post attorney bonds on behalf of our clients so that they may be released from jail As required by state law, in addition to providing Dallas attorney bail bond services, we also represent those we bond out of jail on their underlying criminal case. We post Dallas lawyer bail bonds on felonies, misdemeanors, and even traffic ticket warrants.
Don’t hire a bail bond company. A bail bondsman can only bond you out of jail by posting your bail bond. They’re not lawyers, so they can’t represent you in your criminal case, or give you legal advice. And because we do both, our bonding fees are sometimes less than what you would pay a bail bond company. Also, most bail bond companies require you to “check in” with them once a week. If you fail to do so, they may file an affidavit with the court in which they ask the judge to issue a warrant for your arrest. If you retain us to post your bond, we don’t require weekly check-ins. Also, depending upon the circumstances of the case, and the amount of bail bond, we may not require a co-signer.
